Barbering never crossed my mind when I was younger. I always had friends who cut hair and enjoyed it, but I never understood how satisfying it was to create something. Cutting hair is just part of barbering, but what I've realized through my journey is that the people who come to see you for a haircut are more important than the service. I've met a lot of people I probably would have never met if it wasn't for this, and I'm truly grateful for all the relationships I've built. If I'm not in the shop, I enjoy skateboarding, snowboarding, or just hanging out with my friends and family.

I’m originally from Minnesota and have been living in Seattle for over a decade. I worked in the restaurant industry for eighteen years in the front of the house and found myself burnt out. I needed a change in my life and decided to embark on my journey into Barbering. Barbering was always something that interested me, but I didn’t know how fulfilling it could be until I started. I love being able to be creative and make connections with people. I put my all into every haircut, and my aim is to make my clients feel their best. When I’m not behind the chair, you can find me at the gym or spending time with my Pitbull, Walter.

Licensed since 2004, I consistently strive to maximize my abilities to analyze and deliver the best possible haircut for each client. I’ve been a lifelong Seattle local and plan to stay that way. I’ve been married for over a decade, and our “child” is a pit bull named Summer. In the winters, I enjoy snowboarding and backcountry touring, while in the spring and summer, you’ll find me on the golf course. I’m passionate about my Mariners, Seahawks, and sports in general.

    BARBER / FOUNDER

Born and raised in Seattle, WA. Cutting hair has been something I’ve done since lunch time during my high school years. I wasn’t able to do that very long, (graduation day was inevitable), so I enrolled in barber school. Once I graduated and received my barbers license, I then went to the Art Institute of Seattle to get a degree in Industrial Design. This is when I learned, hair was not only my passion but my way of art and my media. I’ve been very fortunate to cut in the Seattle area now for 21 plus years building relationships through the way of the barber chair.
